    石炭井二矿倾斜煤层巷道支护技术研究

    Research on support technology of inclined coal seam roadway in Shitanjing No.2 mine

    • 摘要: 针对倾斜煤层巷道围岩应力分布复杂多变、常规支护方案效果欠佳的问题,结合石炭井二矿具体工程背景, 采用理论分析、数值模拟以及现场监测的手段, 对倾斜煤层直角梯形巷道支护技术进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:倾斜煤层直角梯形巷道顶底板竖向应力向低帮侧偏斜,水平应力在巷道尖角处集中,在顶板两侧尖角处表现得尤为突出。根据这种特征提出了具有针对性的非对称支护方案,并进行了数值模拟分析,支护后围岩应力非对称分布特征得到明显改善,变形量大大减小。现场实施监测表明该方案能有效控制倾斜煤层直角梯形巷道的非对称变形破坏,根据巷道围岩应力非对称分布规律提出针对性的支护方案对倾斜煤层巷道围岩稳定性控制具有重要作用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the complex and variable stress distribution of surrounding rock in inclined coal seam roadway and the poor effect of conventional support scheme, the theoretical research, numerical simulation and on-site monitoring method of roadway support technology were systematically studied in combination with the specific engineering background of Shitanjing No.2 mine.The results show that the vertical stress of the top and bottom of the right angle trapezoidal roadway in the inclined coal seam is inclined to the low side, and the horizontal stress is concentrated at the sharp corner of the roadway, which is particularly prominent at the sharp corners on both sides of the roof.According to this feature, a targeted asymmetric support scheme is proposed and numerical simulation analysis is carried out.The asymmetric distribution of surrounding rock stress is obviously improved after the support, and the deformation is greatly reduced.On-site implementation monitoring shows that the scheme can effectively control the asymmetric deformation and damage of the right angle trapezoidal roadway in inclined coal seam.According to the asymmetric distribution law of surrounding rock stress of roadway, the proposed supporting scheme plays an important role in the stability control of surrounding rock of inclined coal seam roadway.
