    Research on construction and application of miner’s occupational mental health management system

    • 摘要: 本文探析了矿工职业心理健康内涵,阐明了矿工职业心理健康在个体心理、组织管理、作业环境等方面的主要影响因素,创新构建了包括目标计划、测评管理、风险辨识、风险预警、风险控制、信息管理、保障管理、检查改进等模块的矿工职业心理健康管理体系;选择煤矿企业作为代表,进行管理体系实践应用,找出职业心理健康管理方面存在的问题,提出并实施改进对策措施,通过实践应用,切实提升了企业职业安全健康管理水平,职工“三违”发生率明显下降,全员工效进一步提高。研究结果为矿业企业提供了参考,有利于保障广大职工的身心健康和企业的安全健康发展。

       

      Abstract: To clarify the connotation of miners’ occupational mental health, and to analyze the main influencing factors of miners’ occupational mental health in terms of individual psychology, organization management and working environment, then innovatively built a professional mental health management system for miners, including target planning, assessment management, risk identification, risk warning, risk control, information management, safeguard management, inspection improvement and other modules; taking coal mine enterprises as the representative, practice application management system, find out the problems existing in occupational mental health management, and propose and implement improvement countermeasures.Through practical application, the level of occupational safety and health management of enterprises has been effectively improved.The incidence of “three violations” of employees has dropped significantly, and the overall staff efficiency has further improved.The research results provide a reference for mining enterprises, which is conducive to safeguarding the physical and mental health of employees and the safe and healthy development of enterprises.
