Abstract:
An experimental teaching device for electro-osmotic dewatering and consolidation of tailings filled was designed.The dewatering and consolidation experiment of filling slurry under different initial conditions was carried out with natural dehydration as a control.The dewatering amount, surface sedimentation height, temperature and current of the filling slurry were monitored during the experiment, then the strength of the tailings filling block was tested.The dewatering and consolidation properties of the filling slurry were compared and analyzed under different conditions.The effect of energization on the dewatering and consolidation process was studied.This experiment is helpful for mining engineering students and researchers to further understand the characteristics of tailings filling slurry and master the method of electroosmotic dewatering of filling slurry.
