    生态安全格局理论在矿产资源总体规划中的应用分析

    The application of ecological security patterns in overall planning of mineral resources

    • 摘要: 面对日益突出的人口、资源、环境和社会经济发展矛盾,全球开始高度重视生态安全研究,生态安全格局作为协调生态系统服务和人类社会发展的桥梁,目前被视为区域生态安全和社会经济发展的关键环节。本文在梳理生态安全格局及其应用研究进展基础上,探讨将生态安全格局引入矿产资源总体规划的必要性;从区域人地系统全局出发,按照生态优先的原则,提出了基于生态安全格局矿产资源总体规划的基本框架,明确了基于生态安全格局矿产资源总体规划与传统规划的区别、基本原则、主体内容以及实现方法;最后提出基于生态安全格局的矿产资源总体规划的实践建议。

       

      Abstract: Due to the continuous urbanization, natural ecosystems are under enormous pressure.Hence, there is an intensifying contradiction between economic development and ecological protection.The ecological security patterns(ESPs) construction directly affects the balance between social development and ecological conservation, and thus it has become the key to solve ecological problems and improve human well-being.By researching progresses on the ecological security pattern and its practical application, we find that overall planning of mineral resources based on ESPs is feasible.Then the main deficiencies are indicated and summarized between overall planning of mineral resources based on ESPs and not.Furthermore, a research framework of regional ESPs overall planning of mineral resources is proposed with the concept that “ecology goes first” “sustainable development” “systematic” etc.According to this framework, overall planning of mineral resources contains the main content as follows:regional ecological security analysis, regional ESPs construction, land use zoning and optimizing the layout of mineral resources development and utilization, ecological rehabilitation planning in mining areas.The results show that most of researches take multi-disciplinary approaches, which makes geographic information system(GIS), spatial econometric analysis and space statistical analysis, based on diagnostic index of geography.Finally, we put forward four main directions for future research.
