双利铁矿台阶爆破空气间隔长度研究与应用

    • 摘要: 双利铁矿二号露天矿岩性复杂,存在爆破中大块率高的问题。为了在尽量降低炸药单耗的情况下,确定双利铁矿台阶爆破中最佳空气间隔长度,以减少大块和根底,本文采用有限元非线性动力分析方法模拟了12 m台阶爆破过程,根据坡中部间隔位置等距考察单元处的应力值能否达到岩石的屈服强度,以及达到岩石屈服强度持续时间长短,得到了最佳的空气间隔长度为4 m,并进行了现场工业试验验证。

       

      Abstract: The No.2 open-pit mine in Shuangli mine has complex lithology and high block rate in blasting.As far as possible in order to reduce the specific charge of the situation, determine the double top air in the mine bench blasting interval length, to reduce the large and root, in this paper, nonlinear dynamic analysis by finite element method to simulate the 12 m bench blasting process, according to the stress of the slope equidistant inspection unit interval in central position of value can reach the yield strength of the rock, the yield strength of rock and achieve sustained length of time, get the best air interval length is 4 m, and industrial test is carried out.
