    基于水力割缝的高瓦斯煤层掘进工作面强化增渗技术与实践

    Technology and practice of enhanced seepage enhancement in driving face of high gas coal seam based on hydraulic cutting

    • 摘要: 以山西省潞安一缘煤业150112试验工作面运输巷的掘进为工程背景,基于GF-100型超高压水力割缝设备,分析了煤巷掘进工作面高压水力割缝强化瓦斯抽采的技术原理。将高压水力割缝工艺与高瓦斯矿井煤巷的安全、快速掘进有机结合,提高了掘进工作面煤体的渗透特性,增强了瓦斯抽采效果,形成了基于水力割缝的高瓦斯煤层掘进工作面强化增渗技术工艺体系,并在试验工作面煤巷掘进中进行了应用。结果表明:①将高压水力割缝工艺应用于高瓦斯矿井煤巷的掘进作业,解决了使用常规方法施工措施钻孔工程量大、抽采周期长的问题;②在采用水力割缝作业期间,瓦斯抽采量提高了2.36~2.4倍,平均日进尺提升了近2.5倍。

       

      Abstract: Based on the excavation of transport roadway in 150112 test face of Yiyuan Coal Industry and the GF-100 type ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting equipment, the technical principle of high pressure hydraulic cutting in coal roadway excavation to enhance gas extraction is analyzed.Combining the high pressure hydraulic cutting technology with the safe and fast tunneling of coal roadway in high gas mine, the permeability characteristics of coal body in tunneling face are improved, the gas drainage effect is enhanced, and the rapid tunneling technology system of coal roadway based on hydraulic cutting is formed, which has been applied in the tunneling of coal roadway in test face.The results show that the application of high-pressure hydraulic cutting technology in the tunneling operation of coal roadway in high gas mine solves the problems of large amount of boreholes and long drainage period with conventional construction measures.During the period of hydraulic cutting operation, the gas drainage volume has increased by 2.36-2.4 times, and the average daily footage has increased by nearly 2.5 times.
