    近距离煤层采空区下导硐分区域式支护技术研究

    Study on the regional support technology of the lower guide shovel in the goaf of close coal seam

    • 摘要: 任楼矿Ⅱ7324N工作面上覆近距离煤层采空区,边临侧向采空区,存在导硐顶板条件差、支护困难等问题。本文通过理论计算上煤层开采对层间岩体最大破坏深度为1.21 m,证明了导硐顶板的可锚性;通过实测分析架棚支护顶板围岩破坏特征及导硐后段端头效应的影响,提出锚带网索配合注浆锚索分区域式支护思路,并设计了合理的支护参数;通过数值模拟校验了方案具有可行性,最后开展了现场工业性试验。现场实测数据表明分区域式支护方案能有效抑制围岩变形,改善围岩受力状态和结构特征,充分发挥围岩的自承能力,该方案在近距离煤层采空区下导硐过程具有显著的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of support difficulties.In this paper, the maximum depth of damage of the interlayer rock mass is 1.21 m by theoretical calculation.The anchorage of the shovel roof is proved.The damage characteristics of the surrounding rock of the shed roof and the end effect of the guiding section are analyzed.The influence of the anchor belt mesh with the grouting anchor cable is proposed, and a reasonable support scheme is designed.The feasibility of the scheme is verified by numerical simulation.Finally, the on-site industrial test is carried out.The field test data show that the sub-regional support scheme can effectively restrain the surrounding rock deformation, improve the stress state and structural characteristics of the surrounding rock, and give full play to the self-supporting ability of the surrounding rock.The scheme has a significant support effect in the process of guiding the raft under the close seam of the coal seam.
