    Global geological and mineral information network: design, implementation and application

    • 摘要: 矿产资源是人类生活生存的重要物质基础,储量有限,不可再生。全球矿产资源矿种繁多、分布不均。在经济全球化大背景下,需要通过国际协作资源配置,来满足国家发展的需要。为了完善全球地质矿产信息共享服务体系,为“走出去”企业提供信息服务,基于WebGIS构建了全球地质矿产信息网。本文分析了当前全球地质矿产信息平台或系统的建设现状和存在问题,阐述了系统优势、设计原则、关键技术、总体设计架构、主要功能模块以及当前的应用情况。系统实时发布动态时效强的矿业资讯、境外数据资源与成果产品,为国家、企业两个层面提供权威、实时、丰富的基础信息及综合研究产品,推动境外地质矿产信息共享与服务。

       

      Abstract: Mineral resources are an important material basis for human life and survival, with limited reserves and non-renewable.The global mineral resources are rich in minerals and unevenly distributed.In the context of economic globalization, international collaborative resource allocation is needed to meet the needs of national development.In order to improve the global geological and mineral information sharing service system and provide information services for “going global” enterprises, a global geological and mineral information network was constructed based on WebGIS.This paper analyzes the current global geological and mineral information platform or system construction status and existing problems, expounding our system advantages, design principles, key technologies, overall design architecture, main functional modules and current applications.The system issues dynamic and time-sensitive mining information, overseas survey data resources and achievement products, providing authoritative, real-time and rich basic information and comprehensive research products for both the country and the enterprise to promote the sharing of overseas geological survey information.
