    深埋复杂结构煤层小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩控制技术研究

    Study on surrounding rock controlling technique of gob-side roadway with small coal pillar in deep overburden coal seam with complex structure

    • 摘要: 以鄂尔多斯深井营盘壕煤矿复杂结构煤层小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩控制为研究背景,采用地质力学测试和数值模拟分析的方法分析了煤层结构的特性和围岩变形破坏特征。针对巷道原生结构帮部上下不同物理力学性质和沿空掘巷非对称变形的特点,提出了“整体性、强韧性、薄弱部位重点支护”的围岩控制技术,结合现场条件提出了锚杆支护参数和支护设计。工业性试验及矿压监测数据表明,应用该技术后,支护体受力稳定,围岩控制效果良好,对同地区复杂结构煤层围岩控制提供指导。

       

      Abstract: Taking the surrounding rock controlling technique of gob-side roadway with small coal pillar in deep overburden coal seam with complex structure in Ordos Yingpanhao coal mine as the research background, the characteristics of the coal seam structure and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock are analyzed by geomechanical test and numerical simulation analysis method.Aiming at the different physical and mechanical properties of the original structural gangs of the roadway’s upper and lower part, and the characteristics of asymmetric deformation of gob-side roadway, the surrounding rock control technique of “integration, toughness and powerful support of weak parts” is proposed, and the bolts supporting parameters and supporting design are proposed in combination with the site conditions.Industrial test and ground pressure monitoring data show that after applying this technology, the support system is stable and the surrounding rock controlling effect is good, which provides guidance for the surrounding rock control of complex structural coal seams in the same area.
