Abstract:
Taking the surrounding rock controlling technique of gob-side roadway with small coal pillar in deep overburden coal seam with complex structure in Ordos Yingpanhao coal mine as the research background, the characteristics of the coal seam structure and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock are analyzed by geomechanical test and numerical simulation analysis method.Aiming at the different physical and mechanical properties of the original structural gangs of the roadway’s upper and lower part, and the characteristics of asymmetric deformation of gob-side roadway, the surrounding rock control technique of “integration, toughness and powerful support of weak parts” is proposed, and the bolts supporting parameters and supporting design are proposed in combination with the site conditions.Industrial test and ground pressure monitoring data show that after applying this technology, the support system is stable and the surrounding rock controlling effect is good, which provides guidance for the surrounding rock control of complex structural coal seams in the same area.
