Abstract: In 2018, the state promulgated regulations on the construction of green mine in the coal industry.Because there are differences in the emphasis of green mine construction in different areas, Based on Xinzhou green mine establishment standard, this paper selects 20 indicators and uses the DPSIR model and fuzzy mathematical analysis to create an evaluation index system of the coal industry green mine in Xinzhou city from six aspects which include the resource development, ecological restoration, land evaluation, enterprise management, corporate image, etc.Taking Wangjialing coal mine in Xinzhou city as an example, the evaluation index system is used to evaluate the standard of green mine construction.The conclusion is that the evaluation index system is consistent with the reality of the mine, which proves the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation index system and promotes the green mine construction of coal industry in Xinzhou city to some extent.
