    不同灰砂比充填体侧限固结压缩试验研究

    Experimental study on confined consolidation on different lime sand ratio of backfill body

    • 摘要: 充填体在采场内由于被围岩包围,其力学性能与实验室单轴压缩条件下不同。为了研究采场充填体的力学性能及规律,提出了不同灰砂比充填体在侧限约束条件下的分级单轴压缩固结试验,分级压力为1 kN(0.2 MPa)、2 kN(0.4 MPa)、4 kN(0.8 MPa)、8 kN(1.6 MPa)、16 kN(3.2 MPa)、32 kN(6.4 MPa)、64 kN(12.8 MPa)、128 kN(25.6 MPa)。试验结果表明:随着固结压力的增大,充填体压缩量呈线性增加,灰砂比对充填体压缩量影响不明显;固结应力与压缩率呈二次函数曲线关系;固结前后充填体的单轴抗压强度增加明显,28 d龄期强度值增加幅度达24%以上。最后,采用SEM对充填体固结强化机理进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: The backfill body is surrounded by surrounding rock in the stope, and its mechanical properties are different from those under laboratory uniaxial compression.In order to study the mechanical properties and laws of the backfill body, the grading uniaxial compression consolidation test of different lime sand ratio backfill body under confined constraints was proposed.The classification pressure are 1 kN (0.2 MPa), 2 kN (0.4 MPa), 4 kN (0.8 MPa), 8 kN (1.6 MPa), 16 kN (3.2 MPa), 32 kN (6.4 MPa), 64 kN (12.8 MPa), and 128 kN (25.6 MPa).The test results show that the final compression of the backfill body increased linearly with the increase of the consolidation pressure, and the effect of the lime sand ratio on the compression volume of the filling body is not obvious.The consolidation stress and the compression ratio are in a quadratic function curve relationship.The uniaxial compressive strength of the packed body before and after consolidation increased significantly, and the increase in strength at 28 days is more than 24%.The consolidation strengthening mechanism of the backfill body is analyzed by SEM.
