    煤炭井下采选充一体化生产物流系统效率仿真

    Efficiency simulation of integrated production logistics system for underground coal mining, dressing and filling

    • 摘要: 煤炭井下采选充一体化生产系统在井下实现煤炭的开采、洗选和矸石的充填工作,在提升主井运输效率的同时减少矸石对环境的污染。为了充实对煤炭井下采选充一体化生产物流系统的理论研究,并探究影响物流系统效率的关键因素,本文运用系统动力学方法,构建影响因素指标体系并预测系统效率水平变化趋势。以山东某矿为实证研究对象,通过仿真研究和对比计算,重点分析了采选充一体化生产各主要环节:掘进、采煤、洗选、充填对生产水平的实际影响率。仿真结果显示:在煤炭井下采选充一体化生产的人员技术及管理、物料运输、采选充生产、安全防患四个主要环节中,物料运输水平和井下生产水平是影响整个系统效率的关键因素;其次,在井下生产环节中,采煤量和井下洗选量对系统的实际作用率最大,分别为0.123和0.149,因此,提高整个系统生产水平的关键在于提高采煤效率的同时加强井下煤炭洗选机械设备的投入和生产工艺瓶颈的解决。

       

      Abstract: The integrated production system of coal mining, sorting and filling is used to carry out coal mining, washing and filling of gangues in the downhole, which not only improves the transportation efficiency of main shaft, but also reduces the environmental pollution caused by gangues.In order to enrich the theoretical research on the integrated production logistics system of coal mining, sorting and filling, and explore the key factors affecting the efficiency of the logistics system, this paper uses the method of system dynamics to construct the index system of influencing factors and predict the change trend of the system efficiency level.Taking a certain mine in Shandong province as the object of empirical study, through the simulation study and comparative calculation, the actual influence rate of each main link of integrated mining, mining, washing and filling on production level is emphatically analyzed.The simulation results show that in the four main links of integrated production of coal mining and filling, including personnel technology and management, material transportation, mining and filling production, and safety prevention, the level of material transportation and the level of underground production are the key factors affecting the whole system.Secondly, in the downhole production process, the actual utilization rate of coal mining and washing capacity is the largest, which is 0.123 and 0.149 respectively.Therefore, the key to improve the production level of the whole system is to improve the coal mining efficiency, strengthen the input of underground coal washing machinery and equipment and solve the production process bottleneck.
