Abstract: The investigation of mineral resources is an important part of the investigation of natural resources.It is an important work to carry out the responsibility of the owner of all natural resources assets of the whole people, the control of all the land and space use and the responsibility of ecological protection and restoration.It is also an important work to comprehensively investigate the quantity, quality, structure and spatial distribution of mineral resources in China, and it is significant to establish a unified and standardized regular survey and evaluation system of mineral resources.Hunan province is one of the nine pilot provinces in China.In 2019, through the investigation of tungsten tin lead-zinc mineral resources in Guiyang county and Linwu county, we explored the working methods of mineral resources investigation based on the situation of Hunan province, summarized and put forward “Hunan experience” and “Hunan practice”.
