    废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期成本研究

    Life cycle cost analysis of pumped hydro energy storage in abandoned coal mine pits

    • 摘要: 废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能不仅有利于废弃煤炭井巷资源的再利用,而且有利于促进可再生能源电力的消纳,能够推动煤炭资源型地区能源供给系统的转型发展。废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期成本核算是该项技术推广的前提,具有必要性和现实意义。本文参照大柳塔煤矿地下水库的相关数据,建立了废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的技术参数体系;通过与传统抽水储能电站进行对比,分析废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的全生命周期经济成本和环境成本;利用敏感性分析,得出各影响因素对平准化发电成本的影响程度。结果显示:①在不考虑施工难度的情况下,同等装机规模的废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的平准化储能成本低于传统抽水储能电站的平准化储能成本;在考虑施工难度的情况下,若废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的施工难度系数小于传统抽水储能的1.26倍,则废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的成本要小于传统抽水储能; ②废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的装机规模小于传统抽水储能时,其平准化储能成本虽然高于传统抽水储能,但低于当地峰谷差价,具有经济可行性; ③施工难度是影响废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能成本的关键因素,环境成本对废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能平准化发电成本影响程度最小; ④废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能的环境成本较低,在全生命周期发电成本中所占比重较小,废弃煤炭井巷抽水储能具有良好的环境效益。

       

      Abstract: The pumped hydro energy storage in abandoned coal mine pits (PHSM) is not only conducive to the reuse of the abandoned coal mine, but also conducive to the consumption of renewable energy power, which can promote the transformation and development of energy supply system in coal resource-based areas.The whole life cycle cost accounting of pumped energy storage in abandoned coal mine is the premise of the popularization of this technology, which is of necessity and practical significance.With reference to the techno-economic data from the groundwater reservoir of Daliuta coal mine, this study establishes the parameter system of PHSM, and then analyzes its economic cost and environmental cost by comparing with conventional pumped hydro energy storage.Finally, the sensitivity analysis is used to obtain the influence degree of each influencing factor on the levelized cost of electricity generation(LCOE).The results show that:if the construction difficulty is not considered, the levelized energy storage cost of PHSM with the same installed capacity is lower than that of the traditional pumped storage power station.Considering the difficulty of construction, if the construction difficulty coefficient of PHSM is less than 1.26 times that of traditional pumped storage, the cost of PHSM is less than that of traditional pumped storage.Meanwhile, when the installed capacity of PHSM is smaller than that of traditional pumped storage, its levelized energy storage cost is higher than that of traditional pumped storage, but it is lower than the local peak valley price difference, so it has economic feasibility.Moreover, the construction difficulty is the key factor affecting the cost of PHSM, and the environmental cost has the least impact on the cost of power generation of PHSM.Finally, the environmental cost of PHSM is low, which accounts for a small proportion in the whole life cycle power generation cost.The PHSM has good environmental benefits.
