    基于灰色关联分析法探析隧道中深孔楔形掏槽爆破

    Exploration of wedge cutting blasting in tunnel based on grey relational analysis

    • 摘要: 自动化凿岩设备在中深孔隧道爆破技术可实现机械与自动,精准快速化施工,改善作业环境,提高施工进度。在隧道爆破掘进中,掏槽是关键,它控制爆破效果,决定着经济效益。经过桐梓隧道3#斜井工程实践,基于灰色关联法对大断面中深孔多级楔形掏槽的影响因素做了优势分析。结果表明:五个相关因素中,小掏对掏槽爆破影响最大,超深影响最小,为今后使用XE3C自动化三臂凿岩台车类似工程爆破开挖的掏槽优化提供了较为可靠的理论优化依据。

       

      Abstract: Automated rock drilling equipment can realize mechanical and automatic blasting technology in medium and deep hole tunnel, precise and rapid construction, improve the working environment and improve the construction progress.Cutting is the key in tunnel blasting excavation.It controls blasting effect and determines economic benefit.Based on the practice of Tongzi tunnel No.3 inclined shaft project, the influence factors of multi-stage wedge-shaped cutting in large section, medium and deep holes are analyzed by grey correlation method.The results show that five related factors, small and medium cutting, have the greatest impact on cutting blasting and the smallest impact on ultra-deep cutting, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for cutting optimization of blasting excavation in similar projects using XE3C automatic three-arm rock drilling trolley in the future.basis of chemical transformation.
