    高产高效工作面顶板走向高位钻孔抽采参数研究

    Study on extraction parameters of high-yield and high-efficiencyworking face roof strike high borehole

    • 摘要: 山西省某煤矿工作面产量大,造成工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量很大,工作面上隅角瓦斯问题成为制约矿井安全高效生产的主要因素。因此,针对目前矿井上隅角瓦斯治理存在的问题,开展了采空区顶板走向高位钻孔抽采参数设计及优化研究。研究通过理论计算及数值模拟出顶板钻孔终孔点层位,推导出钻孔数量计算公式,并在矿井3103工作面进行现场抽采效果的试验研究,得出适合矿井高位钻孔布置参数,保证矿井安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: The output of a coal mine in Shanxi province is large, resulting in a large amount of absolute gas emission from the working face.The gas problem in the upper corner of the working face has become the main factor restricting the safe and efficient production of the mine.Therefore, aiming at the existing problems of gas control in the upper corner of the mine, the design and optimization of extraction parameters for high-level boreholes along the roof of the goaf are carried out.Through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the strata of the end hole of roof borehole are obtained, and the formula for calculating the number of boreholes is deduced.The field test of extraction effect is carried out at 3103 working face of the mine, and the parameters suitable for the layout of high-level boreholes in the mine are obtained to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
