    新疆艾丁湖矿区煤质特征及煤炭资源清洁利用方式探讨

    Coal quality characteristics and clean utilization of coal resourcesin Aidinghu mining area, Xinjiang

    • 摘要: 为了实现新疆煤炭资源的清洁高效利用,本文以新疆艾丁湖矿区为研究区,通过对矿区6煤层勘查钻孔煤质化验并结合采样测试,对其煤岩、煤质特征进行了系统分析,并绘制了灰分、挥发份、H/C、硫分等值线图,分析其变化规律及对气化、直接液化的影响,在此基础上,结合气化用煤和直接液化用煤评价指标体系,分析其清洁利用方式。结果表明:艾丁湖矿区煤质具有低灰、低硫、高挥发分、较低灰熔点和可磨性指数较高等特点,其中,一勘查区、干沟煤矿勘查区符合一级液化用煤煤质评价指标,可作为优质液化用煤;二勘查区、三勘查区、四勘查区由于灰分较高,符合二级液化用煤煤质评价指标,可作为普通液化用煤;二勘查区东南区域符合二级干煤粉气流床气化用煤评价指标,可作为气化用煤。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in Xinjiang, the Aidinghu mining area in Xinjiang is chosen as the research area.The systematical analysis of coal rock and coal quality characteristics of 6 coal seams in the mining area are conducted analyzed, including the ash, volatile matter, H/C and sulfur contour, and the impact of the variations of these indexes on gasification and direct liquefaction are analyzed.On the basis of the evaluation index system of coal for gasification and direct liquefaction, the clean utilization mode of coal is proposed.The results show that the coal quality in the coal area of Aidinghu has the characteristics of low ash, low sulfur, high volatile matter, low ash fusion point and high grindability index.Among which, the No.1 exploration area and Gangou coal mine exploration area meet the requirement of the first level coal quality evaluation index for liquefaction, and could be used as high quality coal for liquefaction.While No.2 exploration area, No.3 exploration area and No.4 exploration area are classified as the second level coal quality evaluation index for liquefaction due to ash content, and could be used as general liquefaction coal.The southeast region of the No.2 exploration area comply with the second level coal quality evaluation index for dry pulverized coal entrained-flow gasification, and could be used as gasification coal.
