    二阶二段掏槽技术在岩巷掘进中的应用研究

    Application study on two-step cutting technology for rock drifting

    • 摘要: 为了解决阳煤一矿岩巷掘进中出现的炮孔利用率低、大块率高、抛渣距离远的问题,在岩巷掘进爆破施工中应用二阶二段掏槽技术。在分析了二阶二段掏槽破岩机理的基础上,依据炸药爆炸在岩石中形成粉碎区和裂隙区半径的计算式确定了一阶及二阶掏槽孔口距、孔底距等二阶二段掏槽技术关键参数,并在现场进行应用。现场试验结果表明:与原方案相比,采用二阶二段掏槽技术后,炮孔利用率由81%提高到90%,大块率降低了72%,抛渣距离减小了29%,月进尺由60 m提高到90 m,提高了50%。应用效果表明二阶二段掏槽技术具有良好的适应性,并具有较高的技术经济效果,可为同类型巷道快速掘进提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of blasthole, high boulder yield and long casting distance in rock roadway excavation of Yangmei No.1 coal mine, the two-step cutting technology is applied in rock drifting.Based on the analysis of rock-breaking mechanism of two-step cutting, the radius formulas of fragmentation zone and crack zone formed by explosive explosion in rock are derived.The blasting parameters of the two-step cutting are determined, including the key parameters of the first and second order cutting notch spacing and hole bottom spacing, and are applied in the field.Field test results show that compared with the original scheme, the utilization ratio of blasthole increases from 81% to 90%, the boulder yield decreases by 72%, the casting distance decreases by 29%, and the monthly footage increases by 50% from 60 meters to 90 meters.The application results show that the two-step cutting technology has good adaptability and high technical and economic effects, which can provide reference for rapid tunneling of the same type of roadway.
