    矿山水害的模拟与智能防治决策

    Simulation and intelligent control decision of mine water damage

    • 摘要: 随着经济的快速发展,矿产资源开发逐渐转入大规模的开采阶段,地下水问题逐渐成为影响矿山企业安全生产的首要问题,尤其是随着矿山逐步向深部开采,地下水压增大,井下爆破开采,破坏围岩应力平衡,从而引发突水的几率大大增加。利用高度自动化、智能化的监测和遥控技术不仅可以显著地提高矿山的生产效率,还能有效监测和预警生产过程突发灾害的情况,确保矿山安全生产处于最佳状态和最优水平。本文以凡口铅锌矿为例,利用水害监测数据分析及处理系统,通过对矿山不同开采中段的水文地质参数进行监测,模拟出在未来20年及40年矿山开采中水害事故的发生过程,并自动分析做出水害防治方案最优决策,从而实现矿山防治水智能管理以及矿山智慧建设的目的。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of the economy, the development of mineral resources has gradually shifted to a large-scale mining stage, the problem of groundwater has gradually become the primary problem affecting the safe production of mining enterprises.Especially, with the gradual deep mining of mines, the groundwater pressure increases, underground blasting mining destroys the stress balance of surrounding rock, which greatly increases the probability of water inrush.The use of highly automated and intelligent monitoring and remote control technology can not only significantly improve mine production efficiency, but also effectively monitor and warn sudden disasters in the production process to ensure that mine safety production is at its best and optimal level.This paper takes Fankou lead-zinc mine as an example, through the water damage monitoring data analysis and processing system, and by monitoring the hydrogeological parameters in the middle section of the mine, simulates the occurrence process of water hazard accidents in mining in the next 20 and 40 years, and automatically analyzes and makes the optimal selection of water hazard prevention and control scheme, so as to realize the mine.Intelligent management of water prevention and control and the purpose of mine intelligence construction can be realized.
