    双向渐厚综放工作面超前支承压力研究

    Study on lead abutment pressure of top-coal caving face in two-direction thickening coal seam

    • 摘要: 基于九里山矿15081孤岛综放工作面煤层厚度不均的现场情况,采用理论计算、FLAC3D数值模拟及现场实测的方法,对该面的支承压力影响范围、峰值大小及峰值位置进行确定,验证了支承压力的变化具有“采厚效应”,同时发现了支承压力不仅与一次采厚相关,还与一定范围内的煤厚变化率相关,不仅为指导工作面安全放煤提供了理论依据,还为研究支承压力提供了新思路。

       

      Abstract: This paper systematically calculates the influence range, peak value and peak position of abutment pressure of this face, and verifies that the abutment pressure has “mining thickness effect” by the methods of theoretical calculation, FLAC3D numerical simulation and field measurement in non-uniform thickness of coal seam in 15081 top-coal caving face in Jiulishan mine.The results show that the change of abutment pressure is not just related to the thickness of one time mining seam, and to the change rate of coal thickness in a certain range.It not only provides a theoretical basis for guiding safe coal caving in working face, but also provides a new idea for studying abutment pressure.
