    煤矿智能连采工作面建设方向研究

    Research on construction direction of intelligent continuous mining face in coal mine

    • 摘要: 连采掘进主要应用在煤矿双巷快速掘进系统中,完成煤矿井下大巷、顺槽、切眼、回撤通道及联络巷道的施工工作,配套设备有梭车、锚杆机、给料破碎机、带式输送机、铲车等,采用连采机掘进、梭车运煤、锚杆机支护、破碎机转载、胶带机运输、铲车清煤及辅助运料的施工工艺。为了积极响应智能矿山建设相关要求,不断提升掘进工作面自动化、智能化水平,结合现阶段连采掘进工作面生产作业现状,提出了基于连采机远控割煤、梭车自动运行、锚杆机自动钻锚、破碎机自动运行、局部通风机智能变频控制、分散设备集中控制的智能连采工作面建设方向,促使掘进工作面不断向无人、少人、自动化、智能化方向发展,改善工人作业环境,提高掘进效率。

       

      Abstract: Continuous mining is mainly used in the dual-lane rapid tunneling system of coal mines to complete the construction of underground mine lanes, down-slots, cut-outs, retreat passages and contact roadways.The supporting equipment includes shuttle cars, anchor machines, and feed crushing.Machines, belt conveyors, forklifts, et al, adopt the construction technology of continuous mining machine driving, shuttle truck coal transportation, anchor machine support, crusher retransmission, belt conveyor transportation, forklift coal cleaning and auxiliary material transportation.In order to actively respond to the relevant requirements of the construction of intelligent mines, and continuously improve the level of automation and intelligence of the mining face, combined with the current status of continuous mining face production operations, a remote control coal cutting and shuttle car based on continuous mining machine is proposed.The construction direction of intelligent continuous mining working face of automatic operation, automatic drilling and anchoring of anchor machine, automatic operation of crusher, intelligent frequency conversion control of local ventilator, and centralized control of decentralized equipment, promote the continuous and unmanned, less-mannered, automated, intelligent development direction, improve the working environment of workers, and improve the efficiency of tunneling.
