Abstract:
This paper introduces the achievements of heap leaching test in the underground goaf.The research is aimed at solving the problems existing in the leaching process, such as the ore block is difficult to control and the leaching efficiency is very low.According to the conditional test result of high column leaching, we determined that the particle size of leaching test is -18 mm.The method of heaping in the goaf is constructed by using multi-point feed.It can ensure that the heap size is uniform and the mine surface is smooth.The solution is used to reduce the dead angle of leaching by using the mixture of the upper micro-irrigation spray and the local drip of the hanging side.The height of the test heap is 18 m and the ore grade is 0.027 6%.After 184 days of leaching, the leaching rate calculated by liquid is 95.00%, the leaching rate calculated by tailings is 88.77%.The test achieves better results.This technology not only can be used for underground heap leaching in this uranium mine, but also promoted to other low grade granite type uranium mine in the south of Jiangxi province.
