    常村煤矿煤层气井产水/产气曲线类型及其成因分析

    Curve types about water and gas production and their formation mechanism of coalbed methane in Changcun coal mine

    • 摘要: 煤层气井的产水/产气曲线形态是地质储层潜力高低及排采工作制度是否合理的综合反映。根据常村煤矿33口煤层气井的日产水量、日产气量曲线形态,结合波动性指数的判别方法,划分出5种典型的产水/产气曲线类型。从储层资源产气潜力、围岩水补给情况和排采工作制度等方面分析得出了典型产水/产气曲线类型的成因。结果表明:常村煤矿煤层气井排采曲线可划分为单峰产水+稳定产气型、双峰产水+双峰产气型、双峰产水+稳定产气型、稳定产水+单峰产气型、稳定产水+稳定产气型等类型。当围岩水几乎无补给或补给较少且资源潜力较大,排采工作制度合理时,一般表现为稳定产气+单峰产水型;排采制度不合理时,为稳定产气+双峰产水型。当围岩水补给较多且资源潜力较小时,一般表现为稳定产水+单峰产气型;资源潜力一般或较大时,表现为稳定产水+稳定产气型。当围岩水补给小且资源潜力一般,排采工作制度不合理时,为双峰产水+双峰产气型。该研究成果为煤层气井不同储层地质条件下排采工作制度优化奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: The curve types of water and gas production of coalbed methane wells is a comprehensive reflection about the potential of geology and reservoir and the drainage system reasonable or not.According to the curve shape of daily water and gas production of 33 CBM wells in Changcun coal mine, combined with the method of volatility index discrimination, five typical curve types of water and gas production are classified.This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of typical curve types of water and gas production from the aspects of gas production potential of reservoir resources, surrounding rock supply and drainage system, The results show that the production curve of Changcun coal mine can be divided into single peak water production and stable gas production type, double peak water production and double peak gas production type, double peak water production and stable gas production type, stable water production and single peak gas production type, stable water production and stable gas production type and so on.When the surrounding rock water is almost no supply or less, and the resource potential is large and the drainage and production system is reasonable, it generally shows the stable gas production and single peak water production type; when the drainage system is unreasonable, it is easy to appear the stable gas production and double peak water production curve.When the water supply of surrounding rock is more and the resource potential is small, it generally shows stable water production and single peak gas production; when the resource potential is general or large, it is stable water production and stable gas production type.When the surrounding rock water supply is small, the resource potential is general and the drainage and production system is unreasonable, it is easy to show the double peak water production and double peak gas production type.The research results have laid a foundation for the optimization of drainage and production system under different geological conditions.
