    白芨沟煤矿区段煤柱内沿空掘巷窄煤柱留设尺寸研究

    Study on the size of narrow pillar of roadway driving along the goaf within section coal pillar in Baijigou coal mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决区段煤柱内沿空布置瓦斯通排巷时合理确定留设煤柱尺寸的问题,以白芨沟煤矿布置010203工作面瓦斯通排巷为工程背景,通过采用内应力场理论计算、现场实测与FLAC3D数值模拟相结合的方法,对区段煤柱内窄煤柱留设尺寸展开研究。研究结果表明:由现场实测及理论分析可知,内应力场分布范围距采空区0~7 m,在该范围内煤体处于应力相对较低的状态;由数值模拟结果可知,留设不同尺寸窄煤柱下区段煤柱内应力的分布特征,随窄煤柱宽度增加窄煤柱内垂直应力呈增大趋势,且瓦斯巷受工作面采动影响越显著;根据各采掘阶段内巷道变形规律得出留设不同尺寸煤柱下煤柱内部破坏特征,在留设5 m煤柱时,虽然掘巷期间窄煤柱帮可能变形显著,但在各分层回采完毕后巷道变形量远远小于其他情况。最终结合该矿实际情况确定窄煤柱留设合理尺寸应为5 m,为相似地质条件下的窄煤柱留设尺寸的选取提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: This paper studies the size of narrow pillar inside the section coal pillar via a method that combines the theory calculation of inner stress field, field test and FLAC3D numerical simulation by taking the layout of 010203 working face gas drainage roadway of Baijigou coal mine as the research object in order to determine the size of coal pillar reasonably while arranging the gas drainage roadway inside the section coal pillar along the goaf.According to the research results, it can be known from the field test and theory analysis that the distance from the distribution range of internal stress field to the goaf is about 0-7 m, within which, the stress of coal is relatively low.The distribution feature of the stress inside the section coal pillar under the narrow coal pillar of different sizes can be known based on the numerical simulation results.The vertical stress in the narrow coal pillar increases and gas roadway is influenced more by the working face mining along with the increase of narrow coal pillar width.The inner failure characteristics of coal pillars of different sizes can be obtained based on the distortion rule of roadways in different driving stages.When the coal pillar is 5 m, the deformation of roadway is far less than other circumstances after the recovery of each layer, though the narrow pillar side may be deformed substantially during the roadway driving period.Finally, the reasonable size of the narrow pillar is 5 m, which is calculated by considering the realities of this mine, which provides some reference for determining the size of narrow pillar under similar geological conditions.
