Abstract: The high-quality development of coal companies in the context of the new era is crucial to ensuring national energy security and a strong country strategy.The authors clarified the basic connotation of high-quality development of coal enterprises, clarify the overall thinking of development, and build on the seven development concepts of economic development, innovation-driven, ecological green, safety and health, intensive and efficient, harmonious sharing, and open cooperation to build a modern coal enterprise The quality development evaluation index system, at the same time determined the classification criteria of each evaluation index, based on the improvement of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, innovatively build a coal enterprise high-quality development evaluation model, and finally discuss the development stage of the coal enterprise.The results show that coal enterprises are generally in the primary stage of high-quality development, and the development gap between enterprises is relatively large; ecological green, economic development is relatively high, innovation-driven, safe and healthy, and intensive and efficient need to be improved.The established high-quality development evaluation system for coal enterprises can provide a scientific and effective basis for the formulation of high-quality development models and the design of development paths for coal enterprises.
