    特厚煤层大断面托顶煤巷道支护机理及应用研究

    Study on mechanism and application of support in large-section top coal roadway with extra-thick coal seam

    • 摘要: 为解决灵东煤矿Ⅱ3煤层大断面托顶煤巷道支护难题。本文采用原位测试、实验室测试以及数值模拟等综合分析方法,分析了顶煤的强度特征、护表构件面积对顶煤应力分布的影响等。结果表明,对于强度偏低、裂隙较发育、顶板稳定性较差的顶煤,通过提高锚杆锚索预紧力并匹配面积大的护表构件更有利于预应力的扩散,形成较大范围的压应力区,有利于控制顶煤的整体稳定。并成功将该理念应用于首采工作面回风巷支护,顶煤完整性得到很好保持,顶板下沉量只有70 mm左右,巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。本文为类似条件下巷道支护提供了有效手段。

       

      Abstract: The tailentry in first mining face of Ⅱ3 coal seam in Lingdong coal mine is a large-section top coal roadway with extra-thick coal seam, and the control of roof is difficult.The characteristics of top coal are studied comparatively by in-situ and lab test, which reveals that the strength of the top coal is low, the fractures are well developed, and the strength of the shallow coal decreases obviously.The numerical simulation shows that by using large size of bolt surface protecting components, the prestresses could diffuse actively in seam and the effective compression stress zone could formed in surrounding rocks.Field test in the tailentry of first mining face indicates that the integrity of top coal integrity is well maintained, and the deformation of roadway surrounding rocks is effectively controlled.Excellent supporting effect proves that this system might provide effective supporting approach for similar roadways.
