    预应力锚杆锚固段轴力分布区间影响因素研究

    Research on axial force transmission law of anchor rod anchorage section

    • 摘要: 针对不同因素对预应力锚杆锚固段轴力分布区间影响问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、实验室试验与井下实测相结合的方法进行了研究。理论推导得出了锚固段轴力表达式,并用MATLAB软件数值分析了锚杆直径、锚固长度、预紧力、围岩弹性模量与锚固段轴力分布区间的关系。在实验室进行了不同锚固长度、不同预紧力下锚杆锚固段受力试验,得出了不同锚固长度与不同预紧力对锚固段受力区间的影响程度。在任家庄煤矿井下进行了煤体可锚性试验,实测了煤岩体不同锚固长度下的锚杆拉拔力、不同预紧扭矩下的锚杆预紧力大小。最后,提出增强锚杆锚固性能与锚固力的建议。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of the influence of different factors on the distribution interval of axial force in the anchorage section of prestressed bolt, a series of studies are carried out by using the comprehensive research methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, laboratory test and underground measurement.The influence degree of anchoring length and pretightening force on anchoring section is obtained through stress tests of anchoring section with different anchoring length and preloading force.The pullout force and the preload force under different anchoring lengths and different preload torques of coal and rock are measured by the anchoring test in Renjiazhuang coal mine.Finally, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the anchoring performance and anchoring force.
