    煤矿硫化氢防治技术的研究现状及趋势

    Research status and trend of hydrogen sulfide control technology in coal mine

    • 摘要: 在开采有硫化氢赋存的煤层时,有发生硫化氢事故的危险,威胁矿工生命安全,腐蚀井下机械设备。本文阐述了煤矿硫化氢的危害,分析了煤矿硫化氢的成因及来源,探讨了国内外硫化氢防治技术研究现状,归纳出现场常用的硫化氢治理方法,对煤矿硫化氢防治的主要技术分别进行论述说明,指出了在煤矿硫化氢防治方面仍然存在一些不足,如硫化氢治理不彻底、效果不理想;吸收液不能充分利用造成原材料浪费;自动化程度不高,难以实现快速智能监测与多区域联合治理等。据此提出煤矿硫化氢防治技术需要进一步加强理论基础研究,构建硫化氢分级预警体系与智能监测预警系统,对原煤层、工作面、采空区等多源头进行综合治理,开发多区域煤矿硫化氢防治新工艺,不断研究与创新,使硫化氢治理更高效、更经济。

       

      Abstract: When mining the coal seam with hydrogen sulfide, there is a risk of hydrogen sulfide accident, which threatens the safety of miners and corrodes underground machinery and equipment.This paper expounds the harm of hydrogen sulfide in coal mines, analyzes the causes and sources of hydrogen sulfide in coal mines, probes into the research status of hydrogen sulfide prevention and control technology at home and abroad, sums up the common methods of hydrogen sulfide treatment on site, discusses the main technologies of hydrogen sulfide prevention and control in coal mines respectively, and points out that there are still some deficiencies in hydrogen sulfide prevention and control in coal mines, such as incomplete and effective hydrogen sulfide treatment and the results are not ideal; the absorption solution can not be fully utilized, resulting in waste of raw materials; the degree of automation is not high, and it is difficult to achieve rapid intelligent monitoring and multi regional joint governance.It is proposed that the prevention and control technology of hydrogen sulfide in coal mines need to further strengthen the theoretical basis research building a hydrogen sulfide classification early warning system and an intelligent monitoring early warning system, comprehensively control the original coal seams, working faces, goafs and other multiple sources, developing new prevention and control technology of hydrogen sulfide in multi regional coal mines, and constantly research and innovate, so as to make hydrogen sulfide treatment more efficient and economic.
