Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of serious disasters such as breakage, collapse, etc.in Huangshan copper-nickel mine in Hami, Xinjiang, through the field ultrasonic testing, and the maximum value of the wave velocity gradient is used as the criterion for determining the range of the loose circle.It is determined that the range of surrounding rock loose zone of the mine is 1.8-2.0 m, combined with field surveys, rock mass quality classification, and measured loosening zone ranges, the results show that the existing support scheme cannot meet the support requirements.Based on the test results and theoretical calculations, it is preliminarily determined that the transportation roadway adopts the resin anchor and metal mesh and sprayed concrete combined support method.The length of the resin bolt is 2.5 m, the spacing between bolts is 1.2 m, and the thickness of shotcrete is 100 mm.Then, the numerical simulation method is used to compare the effect between the support parameter optimization scheme and the field support scheme.The optimized support scheme can control the deformation of surrounding rock and improve its self-stabilizing ability, which has good support effect.
