    鞍千预选铁精矿陶瓷球搅拌磨再选试验研究

    Experimental study on ceramic ball stirred mill in Anqian pre-selected concentrate re-election

    • 摘要: 鞍千选矿厂现有流程存在磨矿产品粗细分布不均匀、再磨效率低、能耗高、磨矿效果差等问题,影响后续分选过程,导致精矿指标差。为改善预选铁精矿磨矿效果,提升最终精矿指标,有必要采用更适于细磨的立式搅拌磨机,并进行参数优化。本文在鞍千预选铁精矿工艺矿物学分析的基础上,进行了搅拌磨矿-弱磁分选工艺流程试验。结果表明:预选铁精矿TFe品位为39.06%,主要以磁铁矿形式存在,且粗细分布不均。在磨矿介质充填率为68.2%,搅拌器转速1 000 r/min,料球比为0.7,介质尺寸为6 mm,磨矿浓度为50%,磨矿时间为2.80 min的条件下,磨矿产品经过一段弱磁选,可获得品位为67.01%,回收率为89.93%的精矿指标。该工艺流程简单,指标良好,可为选矿厂工艺流程改造提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The existing process of Anqian concentrator has problems such as uneven distribution of grinding product thickness, low regrind efficiency, high energy consumption, and poor grinding effect, which affects the subsequent sorting process and leads to poor concentrate indicators.In order to improve the grinding effect of the pre-selected iron concentrate and improve the final concentrate index, it is necessary to use a vertical stirring mill that is more suitable for fine grinding and systematically study the parameters of the stirring mill.In this paper, on the basis of the mineralogical analysis of Anqian pre-concentration iron concentrate, the process experiment of agitated grinding ore-weak magnetic separation is carried out.The test results show that the TFe grade of pre-selected iron concentrate is 39.06%, mainly in the form of magnetite, and the coarse and fine particle size distribution is uneven.By optimizing the experimental research on the process parameters of the ceramic ball agitator mill, the optimal process parameters of the agitator mill are determined:medium filling rate is 68.2%, agitator speed is 1 000 r/min, material-ball ratio is 0.7, medium size is 6 mm, grinding concentration is 50%, grinding time is 2.80 min.After a period of weak magnetic separation, the grinding products can obtain the concentrate index of 67.01% grade and recovery rate of 89.93%.The process is simple, and the indicators are good, which can provide the reference for the process transformation of the concentrator.
