    煤炭企业科技创新与节能减排耦合协调研究

    Research on coupling coordination of scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction in coal enterprises

    • 摘要: 新时期煤炭企业进行节能减排是企业进行循环经济的主要目标,科技创新在推动煤炭企业高质量发展,促进煤炭企业节能减排的过程中发挥着重要作用。在分析科技创新与节能减排互动机理的基础上,构建煤炭企业科技创新与节能减排两系统耦合协调评价指标体系,综合应用耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型,从时间维度实证研究与解析2010—2019年中煤能源集团科技创新与节能减排系统的耦合协调发展趋势;采用灰色关联度模型分析科技创新不同环节对节能减排的影响程度。研究结果显示:从综合发展指数看,2010—2019年中煤能源集团两系统呈现先上升后下降再上升的N型波动演变过程;从耦合协调发展阶段看,从较不协调发展阶段上升为高度协调发展阶段,科技创新明显促进煤炭企业节能减排水平的提升,但科技创新水平低于节能减排水平,两系统之间受政策影响互动程度不平衡;从影响程度看,煤炭企业专利授权数与研发投入总额占营业收入比例对企业节能减排水平提升贡献最大。

       

      Abstract: Energy saving and emission reduction in the new era is the dominating target of circular economy in coal enterprises.Scientific and technological innovation plays a momentous role in promoting high-quality development of coal enterprises and boosting energy saving and emission reduction of coal enterprises.The evaluation index system of coupling coordination between scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction of coal enterprises is constructed based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the coupling coordination degree model and relative development degree model, this paper empirically studies and analyzes the coupling coordination development tendency of science and technology innovation and energy saving and emission reduction system of China Coal Energy Group from 2010 to 2019.The results show that from the perspective of comprehensive development index, the two systems of China Coal Energy Group show an N-type fluctuation evolution process of first rising, then declining and then ascending from 2010 to 2019.From the perspective of coupling and coordinated development stage, from the less coordinated development stage to the highly coordinated development stage, scientific and technological innovation distinctly facilitates the improvement in coal enterprises of energy saving and emission reduction level.However, the level of scientific and technological innovation is lower than that of energy saving and emission reduction, and the degree of interaction between the two systems affected by policies is unbalanced.From the perspective of impact degree, the proportion of patent authorization number and total R& D investment has the largest contribution to the improvement of energy saving and emission reduction level in business income of coal enterprises.
