    地下矿山有轨运输非接触式动态轨距检测系统设计与实现

    Design and implementation of non-contact dynamic gauge detection system for underground mine rail transportation

    • 摘要: 随着无人驾驶、人工智能等技术的发展,无人驾驶电机车有轨运输系统已在矿山广泛应用。地下矿山无人驾驶有轨运输系统的成熟应用解决了传统矿山运输环节长期存在的管理难度大、运输效率低、安全性能差等问题。但无人驾驶运输系统的高效运行会加速运输轨道的变形、松动。因此,本文针对此类问题,根据地下矿山的特殊环境,利用二维激光测量原理,设计了一套地下矿山有轨运输轨道检测系统,实现了矿山运输轨道轨距非接触式的动态检测,对轨距检测系统进行了现场测试。测试结果表明,地下矿山有轨运输非接触式动态轨距检测系统能够适应地下矿山环境,且精度较高,能够提高矿山轨道检测效率,满足无人驾驶运输系统对轨道检测的要求,可为地下矿山无人驾有轨运输系统保驾护航。

       

      Abstract: With the development of driverless and artificial intelligence technology, the rail transportation system of driverless electric locomotive has been widely used in mines.The mature application of driverless rail transportation system in underground mine solves the problems of long-term management difficulty, low transportation efficiency and poor safety performance in traditional mine transportation.Therefore, in this paper, according to the special environment of underground mine, using the two-dimensional laser measurement principle, a set of underground mine rail transportation track detection system is designed, which realizes the non-contact dynamic detection of mine transportation track gauge, and carries on the field test of the gauge detection system.The test results show that the non-contact dynamic track gauge detection system of underground mine rail transportation can adapt to the underground mine environment with high precision, improve the efficiency of mine track detection, meet the requirements of unmanned transportation system for track detection, and escort the unmanned rail transportation system of underground mine.
