Abstract:
In order to ensure the successful completion of the on-the-spot verification of mining rights nationwide, it is necessary to firstly study and formulate a feasible technical scheme for the actual measurement of mining rights.Guided by the requirements of mineral administration, based on the technical specifications of geological and mineral exploration and survey, mine engineering survey and other fields, the research adopts comparative method and pilot test method. Finally, it is determined that the specific measurement object is exploration engineering or mining engineering, and the measurement error is 0.1 m.The work flow of the basic control survey, the introduction of the control points in the mining area, and the final measurement of the details is established. For special areas or special minerals, the measurement error is reduced to 1 m, and sub meter level hand-held GPS is used for detail measurement.According to the technical scheme, the actual measurement work has been carried out, and the task has been successfully completed in only six months in China, laying a solid foundation for the success of the on-site verification of the national mining rights. In order to consolidate the results of on-the-spot verification of mining rights and combine with the current practice of mining rights supervision, it is suggested to strengthen the protection of geological and mining survey infrastructure, formulate and stake all mining rights according to the unified standards.
