    新型改性水泥砂浆喷涂堵漏风材料的特性研究

    Study on characteristics of new modified cement mortar spraying material

    • 摘要: 采空区漏风是影响煤层自然发火的重要因素,为提升封堵采空区漏风的效果,本文分析了改性水泥砂浆喷涂材料特点,通过试验研究胶粉、减水剂和速凝剂对改性水泥砂浆喷涂材料的干缩率、流动速度和初凝时间的影响,确定了一种新型改性水泥砂浆喷涂堵漏风材料,并进行压汞实验和现场应用试验新型材料的堵漏风效果。结果表明,在水泥∶粉煤灰∶硅灰∶砂子∶水的质量比为0.7∶0.2∶0.1∶1∶0.35的基准配比下,胶粉和减水剂掺量分别为0.030和0.003时,砂浆的干缩率较小,流动性较好;速凝剂掺量为0.003~0.006时,可将砂浆的初凝时间控制在5~10 min内;新型改性水泥砂浆材料孔隙率为24.76%,结构致密,隔风性能优越;现场应用15 d内巷道的平均百米漏风量由6.5 m3/min降至0.7 m3/min,采空区平均氧气浓度由12.6%下降至3.6%,并最终稳定在4%左右,堵漏风效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Air leakage in goaf is an important factor affecting coal spontaneous combustion.In order to improve the efficiency of plugging air in goaf, characteristics of modified cement materials are analyzed in this paper.Materials (rubber powder, water reducer and quick setting agent with cement) are used to test the influence on drying shrinkage, flow velocity and initial setting time of modified cement materials.A new type air blocking material is set.Mercury intrusion test and on-site application are proceeded to measure the effect of air blockage.Experimental results show that the shrinkage rate is smaller and the fluidity is better when the mass ratio of rubber powder and water reducer is 0.030 and 0.003.With dosage of quick-setting agent decreasing to 0.003-0.006, the initial setting time of mortar can be controlled within 5-10 min.The porosity of mortar material is 24.76% tested by mercury intrusion, with compact structure and superior wind insulation performance.After on-site application, the average air leakage per 100 meters in tunnel decreased from 6.5 m3/min to 0.7 m3/min in 15 days; the average oxygen concentration in the mined-out area decreases from 12.6% to 3.6%, and eventually stabilizes at about 4%.Remarkable plugging air effect is shown.
