    Overview of personnel positioning and intelligent tracking technology in industrial and mining enterprises

    • 摘要: 针对工矿企业人员的潜在危险和智能矿山建设的未来发展趋势,结合以人为本的发展理念,为强化保障人员的人身安全,探讨了以互联网与数字技术为媒介,跟踪人员的智能定位技术;概述了矿山人员安全的传统监管特点和传统安全监管的安全局限,以人员定位跟踪技术方法与精度为出发点,通过分析目前国内外常用的定位技术手段和定位传输精度特点,总结了TOA、AOA、TDOA、RSSI四种数字化定位系统原理和定位模型;以矿山选矿厂各生产车间的3D模型为例,构建选矿厂车间生产人员的定位模型并组网跟踪。通过监控计算机程序与信号交互网络图,介绍了实现工矿企业人员安全的智能跟踪过程和通信传输效率;从电气、通风、供暖、排水以及数据捕捉等方面,通过示例说明了管理因素和日常运行维护对矿山监控系统进行系统优化与改进的效果,总结了矿山监控系统的技术发展,以更好地实现智能矿山的安全生产宏愿。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the potential dangers of enterprise personnel in industrial and mining and the future development trend of smart mine construction, the people-oriented development concept is combined with the paper.The internet and digital technology as the medium to track the intelligent positioning technology of mine personnel is discussed to enhance the safety of personnel in chemical and mining enterprises.The traditional supervision characteristics of the safety of mining personnel and the safety limitations of traditional safety supervision are summarized.Taking personnel positioning and tracking technology methods and accuracy as the starting point, the current common domestic and foreign positioning technology methods and positioning transmission accuracy characteristics are analyzed successively.The principles and positioning models of four digital positioning systems, namely TOA, AOA, TDOA and RSSI are summarized, respectively.Take the 3D model of each production workshop of the mineral processing factory in mine as an example, the positioning model of the production personnel in the concentrator workshop is constructed and followed by the network each other.Through the monitoring computer program and the signal interaction network diagram, the intelligent tracking process and communication transmission efficiency to realize the safety of industrial and mining enterprises are introduced.Moreover, from the aspects of electricity, ventilation, heating, drainage, and data capture, the management factors and daily operation and maintenance are used to illustrate the system optimization and improvement effects of the mine monitoring system through examples.Finally, the technical development of the mine monitoring system is summarized better to realize the vision of safe production in smart mines.
