    Weakness and solutions of deep-sea mineral resources exploration and development

    • 摘要: 深海矿产资源是全球战略性资源,商业性开采时代或即将来临,迫切需要强化我国深海矿产资源勘探和开发利用布局,加快商业化开发步伐。本文通过文献分析、案例研究和一线调查等方法,深入研究国内外深海矿产资源开发产业的发展情况,系统梳理了深海矿产资源技术创新、创新资源、重大装备与关键技术、产业链培育四个方面内容。分析结果表明,我国在深海矿产资源开发利用方面存在区域发展不平衡、产业培育重视不足、核心技术对外依赖严重等问题,在深海矿产资源精细勘探、绿色开采、安全开发等环节中仍存在较大的技术瓶颈。本文提出了深海矿产开发产业技术发展的重点方向,并据此给出4方面建议,即建构学科耦合和多圈层意识、研判产业技术着力点促进形成产业链优势、加强政策支持促进多元化投入、完善合作共享机制等,以期加快推动我国深海矿产资源开发利用。

       

      Abstract: Deep-sea mineral resources are globally recognized strategic resources.With the rapid progress of modern science and technology, commercial mining era of deep-sea mineral resources is about to come.Therefore, it’s very urgent and necessary to strengthen the exploitation of deep-sea mineral resources, to accelerate the pace of commercial development.This paper discusses the deep-sea mineral resources development technology, equipment requirements and the technology innovation, innovation resources, major equipment, and the industrial chain of deep-sea mineral resources in China using comparative analysis and by offering examples.The results show that there are three aspects in the development of regional industry practice, including development of regional imbalances, lack of industry attention, technology of external dependence serious.This paper put forward some suggestions to promote the development of deep-sea mineral development technology in the aspects of the deep-sea mineral resources exploration, green mining, safety development existing in the technical bottleneck.
