    定向钻进技术在深部薄层灰岩隐伏导水构造探查中的应用

    Application of near-horizontal and long-distance directional drilling technique in the exploration of hidden water diversion structure in deep thin limestone

    • 摘要: 新集二矿底层煤组开采面临底板灰岩水害的威胁,根据以往生产经验,底板灰岩水主要通过断层、隐伏陷落柱等导水构造进入工作面,因此,底板灰岩水害防治的首要工作是查清煤层底板导水构造发育情况。受巨厚推覆体影响,三维地震勘探技术无法准确查明推覆体下导水构造的发育情况,针对这一问题,本文采用地面近水平定向钻进技术对C123灰岩层内隐伏导水构造进行探查。利用岩屑录井测量、钻时录井测量、随钻伽马测量及无线随钻测量等手段指导定向钻孔在目标层C123灰岩中前进,通过钻孔泥浆消耗量、压水试验、水文观测等变化情况判断C123灰岩中导水构造的发育情况。结果表明,C123灰岩富水性弱,水文地质条件简单,未发现陷落柱及大的垂向隐伏导(含)水构造,仅发现两处小断层。研究结果为矿井转变防治水模式提供了数据支撑,也为后续注浆治理提供了准确的地质信息。这一探查方法为类似地质条件下隐伏导水构造探查治理及防治水模式转变提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The mining of the bottom coal group of Xinji No.2 coal mine is facing the threat of floor limestone water damage.According to previous production experience,floor limestone water mainly enters the working face through water conducting structures such as faults and hidden collapse columns.Therefore,the primary work of floor limestone water damage prevention and control is to find out the development of coal seam floor water conducting structures.Affected by the huge thick nappe,the three-dimensional seismic exploration technology can not accurately find out the development of water diversion structure under the nappe.In view of this problem,the surface near horizontal directional drilling technology is used to explore the hidden water diversion structure in C123limestone.The directional drilling is guided to advance in the C123 limestone of the target layer by means of cuttings logging measurement,drilling time logging measurement,gamma measurement while drilling and wireless measurement while drilling.The development of water diversion structure in C123 limestone is judged by the changes of drilling mud consumption,water pressure test and hydrological observation.The results show that C123 limestone have weak water yield and simple hydrogeological conditions.No collapse column and large vertical concealed water conducting(containing) structure are found,and only two small faults are found.The research results not only provide data support for the transformation of mine water control mode,but also provide accurate geological information for subsequent grouting treatment.This exploration method provides a reference for the exploration and treatment of hidden water diversion structure and the transformation of water control mode under similar geological conditions.
