    我国硫铁矿固废综合利用及其环境意义

    Comprehensive utilization of pyrite solid wastes in China and its environmental significance

    • 摘要: 硫铁矿固废是化工制酸和炼硫过程排放的、含多种有用组分和有害组分的、具有典型资源环境特征的矿山固体废弃物。我国硫铁矿固废排放量大,有用组分含量低,资源综合利用难度大。硫铁矿固废大量堆存不仅占用土地,成为诱发矿渣性泥石流等次生地质灾害的物源,还使得重金属等有害物质进入环境,严重威胁生态和人居环境的安全。本文基于我国硫铁矿资源禀赋条件、硫酸工业发展需求、硫酸生产“三废”排放状况,分析我国硫铁矿固废的现状和特点;以国内典型产渣地区为例探讨硫铁矿利用和硫铁矿固废堆存所产生的环境效应。从资源潜力和技术方法角度,对比分析国内外硫铁矿固废综合利用水平。最后针对我国资源环境需求,从提高我国硫资源保障程度和发掘硫铁矿固废资源潜力,加大硫铁矿固废综合利用关键技术研发和成熟技术应用力度,构建硫铁矿固废综合利用和环境污染防治协同治理机制等三方面提出我国硫铁矿固废综合利用建议。

       

      Abstract: Pyrite solid wastes is one kind of the mine solid wastes with typical resource and environmental characteristics, which is discharged during the processes of chemical acid making and sulfur refining and contains many useful and harmful components.In China, the mass of pyrite solid wastes is very large and most of them is difficult to comprehensive utilization due to low useful components.A large amount of pyrite solid wastes not only occupies land and becomes the source of secondary geological disasters such as slag debris flow, but also leads to the heavy metals and other harmful substances into the environment, which seriously threatens the safety of ecology and human settlement.In this paper, the current situation and characteristics of pyrite solid wastes in China are analyzed, in view of the condition of pyrite resource endowment, the development demands of sulphuric acid industry and the discharge of “three wastes” in sulphuric acid production.The environmental effects of pyrite utilization and pyrite solid waste storage in typical slag-producing areas in China are discussed as well.Furthermore, the domestic and foreign levels of comprehensive utilization of pyrite solid wastes are compared in terms of resource potential and technology.Finally, according to the requirements of resources and environment in China, three suggestions about the comprehensive utilization of pyrite solid wastes in China are proposed as follow:improving the guarantee degree of sulfur resources and exploring the resource potentialities of pyrite solid wastes; intensifying development of crucial technologies for utilizing pyrite solid wastes and application of proven technologies; constructing coordinating management systems of comprehensive utilization of pyrite solid wastes and environmental protection.
