    近距离煤层复杂采空区漏风规律及防控技术研究

    Study on air leakage law and prevention and control technology of complex goaf in close distance coal seam

    • 摘要: 针对新集二矿2201工作面采区近距离煤层复杂采空区煤岩裂隙充分发育造成的漏风自燃问题,采用关键位置压差测定、能位测定和气体成分分析等多种方法确定了工作面漏风源和漏风汇。在此基础上运用SF6和CF2ClBr双元示踪气体技术进一步分析了采空区流场及采空区的复杂漏风网络体系。根据上述研究成果提出“喷注+密封圈二次堵漏+两道两线隔断”的综合立体漏风防控技术并进行了现场应用。研究结果表明:2201工作面采区的漏风源为220115工作面运输巷道3#观测点和回风巷道2#观测点以及220112工作面运输巷道密闭墙,漏风汇为220108工作面底板巷密闭墙、220116工作面回风巷和运输巷道密闭墙、220112工作面回风巷道和高抽巷密闭墙;2201工作面采区共有4条漏风路线,形成了“多源多汇”的采空区漏风流场。通过综合立体漏风防控技术的应用,使得2201工作面采区上覆老空区CO浓度基本为0,O2浓度在合理范围内,有效地控制了2201工作面采区漏风,保障了2201工作面采区的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem of air leakage spontaneous combustion caused by the full development of coal and rock fissures in the complex goaf of the close coal seam in 2201 working face mining area of Huainan Xinji No.2 coal mine, the air leakage sources and air leakage sinks of the working face are determined by using a variety of methods such as pressure difference measurement at the key position, energy measurement and gas composition analysis.On this basis, the dual tracer gas technology of SF6 and CF2ClBr is used to further analyze the flow field and complex air leakage network system in goaf.According to the above research results, the comprehensive three-dimensional air leakage prevention and control technology of “injection+secondary sealing ring leakage+two-way two-line isolation” is proposed and applied in the field.The results show that the air leakage source of 2201 working face mining area is 3# observation point and 2# observation point of 220115 working face transportation roadway and 220112 working face transportation roadway sealing wall.The air leakage sink is 220108 working face floor roadway sealing wall, 220116 working face return airway and transportation roadway sealing wall, 220112 working face return airway and high pumping roadway sealing wall.There are four air leakage routes in 2201 working face mining area, forming a “multi-source and multi-sink” goaf air leakage flow field.Through the application of comprehensive three-dimensional air leakage prevention and control technology, the CO concentration in the old goaf of 2201 working face mining area is basically 0, and the O2 concentration is within a reasonable range, which effectively controls the air leakage in 2201 working face mining area and ensures the safe production of 2201 working face mining area.
