    振动筛筛孔形状和筛网材料对筛分效率影响的仿真研究

    Simulation study on the screening efficiency influence of sieve aperture shape and screen material

    • 摘要: 振动筛筛孔形状和筛网材料对筛分效率影响显著,优化的筛孔形状设计与筛网材料选择将有效提高实际工业场景中振动筛的工作效能。为研究筛孔形状和筛网材料对筛分效率的影响,本文基于离散元法(DEM),利用离散元EDEM仿真软件,通过控制变量的单因素实验,模拟了不同筛网材料下筛孔形状从正方形趋于圆形的筛分过程,并对仿真数据进行后处理。采用动态筛分效率作为的评价指标,基于仿真数据分析研究因素对筛分效率的影响。实验结果表明,在筛网材料相同的情况下,正方形网孔形状筛分效率最佳,八边形网孔形状筛分效率相对较低。同时,实验分析和对比了四种不同材料的筛网在不同网孔形状下矿物颗粒在筛上的运行速度,实验结果指出,不同因素下筛上矿物颗粒运行速度与其筛分效率的变化趋势一致。综上,筛网材料和筛孔形状会影响筛上矿物颗粒运动速度,通过影响矿物颗粒在筛上的滞留时间间接的影响其透筛概率。

       

      Abstract: The shape of the sieve hole and the material of the sieve have significant influence on the screening efficiency.The optimized screen hole shape design and screen material selection will effectively improve the efficiency of a vibrating screen in the actual industrial scene.In order to study the influence of shape of sieve aperture and screen material on screening efficiency.Based on DEM, using EDEM and complete randomized design, the screening process of sieve aperture shape from square to circular under different screen materials is simulated, and the simulation data are post processed.In this paper, the dynamic screening efficiency is used as the evaluation index, and the influence of factors on screening efficiency is analyzed based on simulation data.The results show that the screen efficiency of square shape is the best, and that of octagon is the lowest.At the same time, the running movement speed of particles on the screen of four different materials under different aperture shapes is experimentally analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that the running speed of mineral particles on the screen is consistent with its screening efficiency under different factors.In summary, the shape of the sieve hole and the material of the sieve will affect the movement speed of mineral particles on the screen, thus affecting the screening efficiency.
