Abstract:
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for sand is increasing day by day.Due to the shortage of natural sand, machine-made sand becomes the main source of sand.As the raw material of engineering infrastructure, the manufacturing technology of sand and stone has been explored by domestic and foreign enterprises and professionals.Dust extractor is the equipment of mechanical sand making.In this paper, aiming at the problem of low sand rate of dust extractor produced by a company, the separation model of dust extractor is established by solid works.According to the principle of gas-solid two-phase flow, Euler-Euler model is used to carry out Fluent numerical analysis of dust extractor.By means of experimental design method, the influence law of air inlet wind speed, dust outlet pressure, chute angle and dust outlet section diameter on sand production rate is obtained.The interaction between air inlet velocity and dust outlet pressure, air inlet velocity and chute angle, dust outlet pressure and dust outlet cross section diameter are analyzed.The results show that when the wind speed of the inlet is 15.26 m/s, the dust outlet pressure is -628.39 Pa, the angle of the slide plate is 90°, and the cross section diameter of the dust outlet is 1 000 mm, the sand production rate is 95.35%.The experimental analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design of dust extractor.
