    基于遥感生态指数的宝日希勒露天矿区生态修复效果评估

    Evaluation of ecological restoration effect in Baorixile Open-pit Mine Area based on remote sensing ecological index

    • 摘要: 煤炭资源露天开采严重破坏了矿区及周边的生态环境,而实现绿色发展则要求矿山企业及时对遭受破坏的地区进行环境治理和生态修复。为评估宝日希勒露天矿区的环境治理和生态修复效果,本文选取该矿区范围内多时相Landsat遥感影像,计算该区域1996—2019年期间的遥感生态指数,并在矿区内部选取已修复区域和对照区域,通过对比矿区开采前、开采中和开采后不同阶段的遥感生态指数,监测矿区整体区域、已修复区域和对照区域生态环境的变化情况。研究结果显示:矿区绿度指标、干度指标、湿度指标、热度指标各分量指标随着矿区的开发进程呈现先降后升的趋势,尤其是已经进行大面积生态修复的内排土场区域,其分量指标和遥感生态指数已恢复到矿区平均水平,生态修复效果良好;由于矿坑面积扩大,矿区内裸土面积增多,1996—2010年整体遥感生态指数水平下降明显,但在政府及矿山企业的生态修复经费投入支持下,矿区生态环境状况正逐渐好转,遥感生态指数下降幅度逐年减小,生态修复成果显著。

       

      Abstract: Open-pit mining of coal resources has seriously damaged the ecological environment in and around the mining area, and the realization of green development requires mining enterprises to carry out environmental governance and ecological restoration in the damaged areas in time.In order to evaluate the environmental treatment and ecological restoration effect of Baorixile Open-pit Mining Area, this paper selects multi-temporal Landsat remote sensing images within the mining area, calculates the remote sensing ecological index of the area from 1996 to 2019, selects the repaired area and the control area within the mining area, and compares the remote sensing ecological index of different stages before, during and after mining, monitor the changes of ecological environment in the whole area, repaired area and control area of the mining area.The results show that the green index, dryness index, humidity index and heat index of the mining area show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the development process of the mining area, especially in the internal waste dump area where large-area ecological restoration has been carried out, the component index and the remote sensing ecological index have recovered to the average level of the mining area, and the ecological restoration effect is good.Due to the expansion of pit area and the increase of bare soil area in the mining area, the overall remote sensing ecological index decreased significantly from 1996 to 2010.However, with the support of ecological restoration funds invested by the government and mining enterprises, the ecological environment in the mining area is gradually improving, the decline of remote sensing ecological index decreases year by year, and the ecological restoration results are remarkable.
