    复合顶板软弱岩层外错式相邻区段巷道联合支护技术研究

    Study on combined support technology of external staggered adjacent roadway in soft rock stratum with composite roof

    • 摘要: 为解决传统巷道布置条件下复合顶板软弱岩层沿空巷道存在顶板易变形、易失稳、易冒落,无法长久维持巷道围岩稳定性等一系列难题,本文基于错层位外错式巷道布置方式,利用相邻区段间巷道空间化结构关系,提出综放复合顶板错层位外错式相邻区段巷道联合支护技术,分析该支护技术的围岩控制作用机理。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对错层位外错式巷道布置条件下相邻区段巷道联合支护方案进行研究,并与传统巷道布置下常规支护方案进行对比。模拟结果表明:采用错层位外错式巷道布置和相邻区段间巷道联合支护技术为核心的综合围岩控制措施,可加强易离层垮落顶板的支护强度,使围岩应力在联合支护的作用下趋于均衡,从而最大限度地发挥支护体系的支撑作用,达到巷道稳定的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve a series of problems existing in the goaf side roadway of soft rock layer with composite roof under the condition of traditional roadway layout, such as the roof is easy to deform, lose stability and fall, and can’t maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock for a long time, based on the staggered roadway layout mode outside the staggered floor, this paper uses the spatial structure relationship of roadway between adjacent sections, and puts forward the combined support technology of roadway in adjacent sections with staggered position of composite roof in fully mechanized top coal caving, and analyzes the surrounding rock control mechanism of the support technology.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to study the joint support scheme of adjacent roadway under the condition of staggered roadway layout, and compared with the conventional support scheme under the traditional roadway layout.The simulation results show that the comprehensive surrounding rock control measures with the staggered roadway layout and the roadway joint support technology between adjacent sections as the core can strengthen the support strength of the easily separated collapse roof and make the surrounding rock stress tend to be balanced under the action of the joint support, so as to give full play to the supporting role of the support system and achieve the purpose of roadway stability.
