Abstract:
The coal industry is an important field of ecological civilization construction, and employee green behavior is an important micro-activity for coal enterprises to realize green and low-carbon transformation. In order to explore the generation mechanism of employee green behavior in coal enterprises, the theoretical model of the relationship between environmental value, green human resource management and employee green behavior is constructed based on the theoretical perspective of AMO (ability-motivation-opportunity).This paper uses questionnaires to collect data, through regression analysis for empirical research, the results show that environmental value is positively affecting employee green behavior; green work motivation mediate the effect of environmental value on employee green behavior; green human resource management negatively moderates the relationship between environmental value and employee green behavior, that is, the higher the level of green human resource management, the weaker the positive relationship between environmental value and employee green behavior, and vice versa. In view of this, coal enterprises should not only gradually improve the environmental value of miners, but also formulate reasonable green human resource management policies, so as to realize the green development of coal enterprises through the improvement of employee green behavior.
