    漂塘钨矿井下智能通风系统的应用研究

    Application of underground intelligent ventilation system in Piaotang Tungsten Mine

    • 摘要: 井下通风系统的安全性和可靠性是矿山安全生产的关键,而智能化的通风系统能够有效降低安全隐患的发生概率。本文通过分析智能通风的原理、实现目标以及关键技术与设备,针对漂塘钨矿通风系统主要存在的风阻不均衡、无法实现按需通风等问题,调整传感器的布置位置,变频改造风机和搭建智能通风管理平台,完成了388工作面和448工作面的试点智能通风系统试验,实现了对试点通风系统的智能化管理。研究结果表明:在满足井下按需通风的基础上,智能化通风系统可大幅度减少人工数据采集的工作量,节省通风成本,有效保障矿山的安全生产作业环境,降低矿山整体的能耗,同时为建设智慧矿山提供支持。

       

      Abstract: The safety and reliability of underground ventilation system is the key link of mine safety production, and intelligent ventilation system can effectively reduce the occurrence of potential safety hazards.By analyzing the principle, objectives, key technologies and equipment of intelligent ventilation, aiming at the problems of unbalanced wind resistance and inability to realize on demand ventilation in the ventilation system of Piaotang Tungsten Mine, this paper adjusts the layout position of sensors, transforms fans with frequency conversion and built an intelligent ventilation management platform, and completes the pilot intelligent ventilation system test of 388 working face and 448 working face.The intelligent management of the pilot ventilation system is realized.The research results show that on the basis of meeting the underground on-demand ventilation, the intelligent ventilation system can greatly reduce the workload of manual data acquisition, save the ventilation cost, effectively ensure the safe production and operation environment of the mine, reduce the overall energy consumption of the mine, and provide support for the construction of intelligent mine.
