    高强综放开采覆岩破断与瓦斯涌出微震响应规律及应用

    Micro-seismic response law of overburden breaking and gas emission in high strength fully mechanized top coal caving mining and its application

    • 摘要: 为了解决高强度综放开采条件下的工作面卸压瓦斯治理问题,本文以王家岭矿12302综放工作面为研究对象,采用微震监测技术对工作面推进过程中产生的微震事件进行监测记录,配合工作面瓦斯涌出量监测,对工作面在推进过程中上覆岩层的破断情况和裂隙演化进行了分析,得出了微震事件发生与瓦斯涌出定量的表征关系,然后对工作面高位钻孔布置参数进行了调整,并对调整后的钻孔抽采效果进行了检验。研究结果表明:12302工作面周期来压步距在21 m左右,采动覆岩裂隙带主要分布在采空区顶板两侧,高度在55 m左右。 工作面瓦斯涌出量和微震事件的频次呈线性相关,拟合公式为y=4.82+0.003 7x,可以根据此公式和监测所得的微震事件频次来预测工作面的瓦斯涌出量。调整布置参数后的高位钻孔瓦斯平均抽采浓度为7.9%和抽采纯量为1.16 m3/min,表明抽采效果较好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solving the problem of pressure relief gas control in working face under the condition of high strength fully mechanized caving mining, the gas control problem of 12302 working face in Wangjialing Mine as the research object, and micro-seismic monitoring technology is used to monitor and record the micro-seismic events during the working face advancing, cooperate with the working face gas emission monitoring, the process of working face in advancing the rupture and fracture evolution of the upper strata are analyzed, and concluded that the micro seismic events and gas emitted from the quantitative characterization of relation.Then the layout parameters of high-level boreholes are adjusted, and the effect of borehole extraction after adjustment is tested.The results show that the periodic pressure step distance of 12302 working face is about 21 m, and the mining overburden fracture zone is mainly distributed on both sides of the goaf roof, with a height of about 55 m.The gas emission on the working face is linearly correlated with the frequency of micro-seismic events.The fitting formula is y=4.82+0.003 7x.According to this formula and the frequency of micro-seismic events obtained from monitoring, the gas emission on the working face can be predicted.After adjusting the layout parameters, the average extraction concentration and extraction purity of gas from the high-level borehole are 7.9% and 1.16 m3/min, and the extraction effect is better.
