      辽宁首钢硼铁有限责任公司选矿厂一系列、二系列细筛再磨工艺中,筛分作业为“预先+检查筛分”合一,总筛分质效率仅为27.18%,为了降低筛分设备的循环负荷,减少大量细颗粒在二段磨矿中的过磨现象,选矿厂对现场二系列细筛再磨的筛分工艺进行了改造,将预先筛分与检查筛分分开,预先筛分仍使用原有陆凯高频细筛,检查筛分使用振动力7.3 G的德瑞克高频细筛。改造完成后,对二系列的筛分质效率、筛下产物的粒度和TFe品位进行了考查,并与一系列进行对比。研究结果表明:通过流程改造,二系列的总筛分质效率为38.29%,比一系列的筛分质效率高11.11%,最终筛下产物-0.074 mm粒级含量提高了5.29%,TFe品位由44.81%提高到46.75%,原矿处理能力增加了1.87 t/h。将预先筛分与检查筛分分开后,总筛分质效率、选矿厂生产效率和精矿TFe品位均得到了提高,选矿厂每年约多增加经济效益752万元,可为其他类似选矿厂的细筛工艺优化提供参考。

       

      Abstract:

      In the original first and second series of fine screen and regrinding process of Liaoning Shougang Iron Boron Co., Ltd.concentrator, the screening operation is a combination of "pre-inspection and inspection screening", and the total screening quality efficiency is only 27.18%.In order to reduce the cycle of screening equipment load and reduce the overgrinding phenomenon of a large number of fine particles in the second-stage grinding.The concentrator has reformed the screening process of the second series of fine screen and regrinding on site.The pre-screening and inspection screening are separated.The original Lukai high frequency fine screen is still used for pre-screening, and the Derek high frequency fine screen with a vibration force of 7.3 G is used for inspection and screening.After the transformation is completed, the screening quality efficiency, sieved products particle size and TFe grade of the second series are examined and compared with the first series.The results show that through the process transformation, the total screening quality efficiency of the second series is 38.29%, which is 11.11% higher than that of the first series, the final screening product content of-0.074 mm is increased by 5.29%, and the TFe grade is increased from 44.81% to 46.75%, the processing capacity of raw ore is increased by 1.87 t/h.After the pre-screening and inspection screening are separated, the total screening quality efficiency, the production efficiency of the concentrator and the TFe grade of the concentrate have been improved.The concentrator increases economic benefits by about 7.52 million yuan per year, which can provide a reference for the optimization of the fine process optimization of other similar processing plants.
