    露天煤矿多目标自动配煤方法及应用

    • 摘要:

      针对露天煤矿配煤作业存在的计算过程复杂、操作繁琐、实时性不高导致煤质不稳定、波动性大等问题,本文提出了一种露天煤矿多目标自动配煤方法,实现对露天煤矿配煤的精准控制。该方法的基本思路为结合矿山现状,设置煤质目标范围、杂质含量上限、电铲工作台时及采煤量等参数。根据电铲坐标,获取各铲装工作面煤质及杂质信息,综合考虑电铲能力、目标煤质上下限、杂质含量上限等约束条件,构建多目标自动配煤数学模型,通过Visual Studio的C++语言调用CPLEX求解器解算自动配煤数学模型,得到配煤方案。同时,实时监测电铲位置,根据铲装工作面煤质及杂质变动信息调整出煤方案,并将该方法应用于内蒙古某大型露天煤矿。研究结果表明:运用该方法配煤速度在秒级内,能够满足多目标配煤要求,实现高低品质煤矿均衡搭配,保障矿山生产的安全性和经济性。

       

      Abstract:

      In view of the problems of complicated calculation process, tedious operation, low real-time leading to unstable coal quality, large fluctuation and so on in the coal blending operation of open pit coal mines, this paper proposes a multi-objective automatic coal blending method for open pit coal mines to achieve accurate control of coal blending in open pit coal mines.The basic idea is to set parameters such as target range of coal quality, upper limit of impurity content, working table time of electric shovel and coal mining volume in combination with the current situation of the mine.According to the shovel coordinates, obtain the coal quality and impurity information of each shovel loading working face, comprehensively consider the shovel capacity, upper and lower limits of target coal quality, upper and lower limits of impurity content and other constraints, build a multi-objective automatic coal blending mathematical model, and call the CPLEX solver to solve the automatic coal blending mathematical model through the C++ language of Visual Studio to obtain the coal blending scheme.At the same time, the position of the shovel is monitored in real time, and the coal discharging scheme is adjusted according to the change information of the coal quality and impurities in the shovel loading face, and the method is applied to a large open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia.The research results show that the method can meet the requirements of multi-objective coal blending in seconds, achieve balanced allocation of high and low quality coal mines, and ensure the safety and economy of mine production.
