    以“避、让”为中心的综采工作面过断层方法的研究与实践

    Research and practice on the method of crossing faults in fully mechanized mining face centered on “avoidance and concession”

    • 摘要:

      为了降低断层对回采工作面正常推采的影响,确保煤炭产量和煤质指标,降低安全管理难度,本文基于厚煤层条带开采情况下工作面过断层群实践,提出以采煤工作面整体“避、让”为中心改造两巷避开岩石的过断层方式,根据断层空间形态,通过调整改造工作面两巷及采煤工作面位置,实现少割岩石或不割岩石的目的,并通过理论计算论证了条带煤柱稳定性。该技术在古城煤矿2201工作面进行了应用,应用结果显示:改造区回采期间推进速度正常,未引起自燃发火;多数区域均按常规方式进行放顶煤开采,多开采煤炭38.7万t;工作面未进行爆破作业,安全及生产管理难度小。该技术的应用有效解决了回采工作面过断层群时周期长、爆破对设备影响大、煤炭回收率低等问题,成功实现了煤炭的安全、经济、高效开采。

       

      Abstract:

      In order to reduce the influence of faults on the normal pushing mining of mining face, to ensure various indexes of output and coal quality, and to reduce the difficulty of safety management, based on the practice of working face passing through faults under the condition of thick seam strip mining, this paper puts forward a way of passing through faults, which takes the whole "avoidance and concession" of coal mining face as the center to transform two lanes to avoid rocks.According to the spatial form of faults, the purpose of cutting less or no rocks can be achieved by adjusting the positions of the two lanes and the coal mining face.The stability of strip coal pillar is demonstrated by theoretical calculation.This technology has been successfully applied in 2201 working face of Gucheng Coal Mine, and the advancing speed is normal during mining in the transformation area, which does not cause spontaneous combustion.In most areas, top-coal caving mining is carried out routinely, and more than 387 000 tons of coal are produced; and the blasting operation is not carried out on the working face, the safety and production management is less difficult.It effectively solved the problems of long fault crossing period, great influence of blasting on equipment and low coal recovery rate when working face crossed fault group, and the safe, economical and efficient mining of coal has been successfully realized.
