    基于光度法矿浆pH值在线检测技术及仪器研究

    • 摘要:

      矿浆pH值是选矿过程的重要因素之一,但目前尚未完全实现在线检测。为解决选矿中偏中性矿浆的pH值在线检测技术难题,本文在分析选矿厂检测矿浆pH值3种技术原理及存在问题基础上,研究一种全新的基于光度法的pH值在线检测技术及在线分析仪器。该检测技术基于光度法原理,将酚酞指示剂作为显色剂使用,研究酚酞pH值变色区间的吸光度与溶液pH值关系,并设计出通过吸光度回归计算pH值的具体方法。同时,进行在线分析仪技术研究,研发光度检测装置及在线取样装置等核心部件,研制出基于光度法的矿浆pH值在线分析仪器;研发的技术及仪器已经进行工业实验及应用。工业实验数据表明,该技术测量精度高、仪器运行稳定可靠,真正解决了偏中性矿浆pH值的在线检测问题,具有良好的推广应用前景。

       

      Abstract:

      The online measurement for slurry pH value has not been realized in concentration plant at present.In order to solve the problem of slurry pH value online measurement, this paper introduces several current methods for slurry pH value such as pH test paper, glass pH electrode and acid alkali titration, and summarizes their technical principle and existing problems.Basing on the studying on relationship between solution pH value and absorbance in phenolphthalein indicator pH value change interval, builds a brand new phenolphthalein photometric pH value measurement method basing on the regression analysis.Studies the photometric detection device and on-line sampling device core components, and develops successful the slurry pH value online measurement.The technology and instrument developed in this paper have been tested and applied in concentration plant, and the industrial experiment shows the technology and analyzer have high measurement accuracy, stable and reliable operation, really solve the online measurement problem of neutral slurry pH value, and have a good popularization prospect.
